本人受理支持、隐私和注销请求：5 个工作日内回复，必要身份核验后 30 天内处理注销。请写应用／Android 版本、时间和简要步骤，可附遮挡无关隐私的截图。付款开放后可提供必要订单号。不要发送验证码、密码、登录／购买 token 或备份密码。

Google 和＋86是独立账号；＋86使用阿里云 PNVS，不支持国际短信。登录不自动导入游客记录，切换账号不合并资料或权益。CN 与 Play 分开；0.8.x 不提供个人云同步。
目前为内部测试，正式区普通登录、收费和网页自助注销未开放。购买开放后，恢复请使用原 SKY 及付款 Play 账号；“已拥有”时不要重复买。永久购买、退出／卸载／注销不自动取消年订阅，请在 Play 单独管理。
无需安装或登录应用即可通过 账号与数据删除 申请。邮箱现在受理；正式自助网页尚未开放。注销不删除本机或其他应用副本、不取消订阅。SKY Play 面向 13+，监护人也可通过邮箱提出隐私／购买问题。

The operator personally handles support, privacy and deletion: reply within five business days; deletion within 30 days after necessary verification. Include app/Android version, time and brief steps, with useful redacted screenshots. Once purchasing opens, include the necessary order ID. Never send codes, passwords, sign-in/purchase tokens or backup passwords.

Google/+86 are separate accounts. +86 uses Alibaba Cloud PNVS without international SMS. Sign-in does not automatically import guest records; switching does not merge works/access. CN/Play are separate; no personal cloud sync is offered at the 0.8.x launch.
SKY is in internal testing; normal production sign-in, charging and self-service deletion are closed. Once buying opens, restore with the original SKY and paying Play accounts; do not repurchase for “already owned.” Lifetime, sign-out/uninstall/deletion do not cancel annual renewal. Manage it separately in Play.
Use Account and data deletion without installing/signing into the app. Email receives requests now; production self-service is not open. Deletion does not remove device/recipient copies or cancel subscriptions. SKY Play is for ages 13+; guardians may email privacy/purchase concerns.
